Here is a theoretical winning combo:

According to the paytable at one bet level, the prize for any combination of bananas is 10. In this case, our prize is 10 x 0.20 = 2 coins.
Now, if we click the Bet Level button and wager 0.60 instead of 0.20, the paytable is going to increase in size. The pay for any combo of bananas is now 30.
In this case, the prize is going to be 30 x 0.20 = 6 coins.
As you can see, the prize is not 30 x 0.60. The way the slot works is that as you increase your bet level, you are increasing your risk, but the slot would reward that risk by paying you more.
The payment is calculated based on the coin size, not the total bet. On this slot machine, the coin size is always the amount of coin you selected under the BET SIZE button.
