GAME LAYOUT
There seem to be a disconnection between the game theme and the background graphics owing to the fact that the latter is depicted by a vast stretch of undulating plain land covered only by a lush green lawn. SYMBOLS
Phone Tag reel symbols include an animated duck, a male character, a female character, a robot, a red phone, a blue phone, a purple phone, a wooden phone and a multi coloured can phone.
BONUSES
- Wild: The animated duck icon inscribed WILD acts as the substituting symbol.
- Scatter: The two incorporated scatters available on the reels include the Gossip Bonus icon as well as the Call Around the World symbol.
- Gossip Bonus: The Gossip Bonus feature activates when players land three Gossip Bonus symbols on reels 1, 2 and 3 simultaneously. Upon activation, players are asked to pick a caller at random from those presented on the screen. The selected caller will call the next caller on the screen in a clockwise fashion. Likewise, the caller who receives the call proceeds to call the following caller and this goes on and on until all are involved in a phone call. With each call to the next caller, a multiplier ranging from 2x to 5x or 2 to 4 free calls are awarded. The feature ends when the original caller is called by the last caller in the clockwise call ring.
- Call Around the World Bonus: Three Call Around the World symbols landing on the reels simultaneously help players trigger the feature. When it triggers, all the triggering symbols spin and in the aftermath of the spin, are replaced by new symbols. The new symbols that replace them and their functions are as follows:
- Phone Symbol: Reveals a winning value and respins
- Busy Symbol: Reveals zero winning value and respins
- No Answer Symbol: Ends the replacement of symbols and carries no value
